By downloading, installing, or using Aeuro chat, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What the App Does

Aeuro chat runs open-weight AI models locally on your device to provide chat, reasoning, and assistant features without requiring a cloud connection. You choose which models to download; the app does not host or operate those models.

AI-Generated Content

Responses are generated by a language model running on your device and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for verifying anything important before relying on it, especially for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others, and not to attempt to reverse engineer or redistribute bundled model weights in violation of their individual licenses.

Model Licenses

Each downloadable model is distributed under its own license by its original publisher (for example, on Hugging Face). You are responsible for complying with the license of any model you download and use.

No Warranty

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app or any model will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on AI-generated output.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
