Overview

Aeuro chat is designed to run entirely on your device. All AI inference — reading your messages, generating replies, and processing attachments — happens locally on your phone, tablet, or computer. We do not operate a backend server for chat, and your conversations are never sent to us or to any third party.

What We Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or have access to your conversations, personas, attachments, or model files. Nothing you type is uploaded anywhere by this app.

We do not use analytics, tracking SDKs, or advertising identifiers.

Network Access

The only time this app uses the network is to download model files you choose from Hugging Face, and to check for app updates. Once a model is downloaded, the app works fully in airplane mode.

Local Storage

Conversations, personas, settings, and downloaded models are stored only in this app's local storage on your device. Deleting the app or using "Reset to Factory Settings" erases this data permanently — we cannot recover it, because we never had it.

Permissions

Storage permission is used only to save and read model files and exported chats on your device. Microphone permission, if granted, is used only for on-device voice input and is never recorded or transmitted.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
